The Routine Follow-Up Visits are for returning patients with stable conditions who require ongoing care from our in-house primary care providers. Unlike the Evaluation and Management and Physical Exam services, during a follow-up visit, we assess the effectiveness of your treatment plan and address any ongoing health concerns you may be currently experiencing.
We also review your symptoms, conduct any tests, adjust your treatment plan if necessary, and offer recommendations for your care. These visits are important to ensure your recovery is going smoothly.

In our Routine Follow Up Visits service, we:

We review preexisting symptoms discovered during a physical exam and test for new ones that could be hindering your recovery.

Our primary care physicians have records of your medical history, previous treatments, and medications. By scheduling a follow-up visit, we incorporate any new information from your most recent visit into your ongoing care plan.
3. Answer Questions And Address Concerns
Patients often have several questions and concerns. During these visits, we address each one and develop sustainable solutions you can easily implement to drive your care forward.
4. Prevent Medication Errors
Changes in medication prescriptions, dosages, or the introduction of new medications can cause medication errors. In a routine follow-up visit, we’ll review all the medication you were prescribed and accurately integrate them into your treatment plan.
